Horticulture Workers, Agricultural Workers and Meat Processor Operatives. We accept International Applicants
Meat processing companies, the horticulture and agricultural sectors are faced with the challenges of recruiting the right staff. At Brightlife Recruitment are dedicated in assisting these sectors by sourcing diligent and experienced workers for direct employment to help relief pressure, and join the efforts made by the government to guarantee that people living in the State can continue having their food as normal. There are a wide range of roles across the Republic of Ireland. Roles vary depending on the type of farm business. Please be aware that working on a farm can be hard work and can involve being outdoors for a long time through all weather conditions.
For Employers
You will need to be flexible in terms of the hours you choose to work because some of the work will depend on the weather. A good level of fitness is usually essential. All farm and horticulture workers will receive induction, training and a full health and safety briefing and update. You will be part of a supportive team, often working outside in the fresh air. Expect to make new friends.
We source workers to the following sectors:

Why work with us?
Our recruitment processes
Though no skill is required due to training being provided, experience, skills, personal motivation, preferences and your availability, are important qualities we look in to when shortlisting applicants.
After we receive your application, one of our staff will contact you to ask you for your personal preferences relating to work location, travel ability, preference for living arrangements, when you can start, how long you will be available for and what added skills and experiences you may have.
If you become successful with your application and interview, we will hold your details on our database and share your details with our network of farms. Farms we share your details with, will make their own selection of candidates that suit their roles and will contact you directly when jobs become available.
Candidates having very narrow preferences and not flexible usually make it harder for framers to select them for available roles and they may not be contacted. This often happens with candidates who are unable to commit to longer term contacts, those who have indicated they cannot travel to a farm, and those who are unable to live on a farm whilst working there.
Please note that completing our application form does not guarantee a job. If satisfied with your application, we will put you forward by sharing your profile with farmers we have a contract with. You can request for further information about the process by contacting our team at contact@brightliferecruitment.ie
Crops harvesting on farms require a minimum commitment of between 12 weeks to 6 months. Workers could be offered roles anywhere in Ireland.
If you are interested in applying, complete our online application form and submit. Please note that by completing the application form, you are giving Brightlife Recruitment permission to share your personal details with farmers we work with:
